The delivery board

What is in flight on each platform, screen by screen, not task by task.

"What is in flight on Android?" has no answer in a task tracker, because tasks are not screens. The delivery board answers it by reading the graph platform by platform.

Each card is a pair: one node on one platform. Cards are grouped into columns by status, so a view that is live on iOS and still in backlog on Android sits in both columns. That is not a bug, it is the point.

The statuses come from the acceptances covering each screen, so the board shows what has actually been promised and checked, not what someone typed into a dropdown.

The rows are the exact same projection an agent gets over MCP, so the board and the agent never disagree.
