The value pyramid

Thirty elements of value in four tiers, each with a gauge of how much you actually deliver.

Features are a means. What users feel is value: saving time, reducing anxiety, a sense of belonging. Arkaik borrows the classic value pyramid, thirty elements of value stacked in four tiers: functional, emotional, life-changing and social impact.

You link acceptances to the value elements they serve. Since acceptances already know their per-platform status, each element gets a delivery gauge for free: how much of the promised "saves time" is actually live, and where.

The pyramid page lays it all out as a grid of cards, one tier per section, each with its icon, its gauge and its acceptance count. Filter to one platform to see what Android users really get, or click an element to jump to the matching acceptances.

It's a gentle reality check: a roadmap heavy in functional work and empty at the top tells you something, and now you can see it.
